The Agenda

We offer a unique opportunity to enliven and reconnect with yourself through the power of nature, horses and the sacred space of the Yucatán peninsula.

Here’s a peek at our agenda:

Day 1

Arrive at the hacienda and be introduced to your coaches and fellow travelers through a welcome ceremony, group dinner and intention-setting exercise.

Day 2

On our first full day, learn how our energy affects/ reflects/ mirrors those around us and understand how and manage energy as it moves through our bodies, minds and lives. This day will include group learning in a safe and welcoming circle of women as well as first horse connection experience. By the end of Day 2, you will have a clear sense of how energy flows through your life and how it can affect the way you show up every day.

Day 3

The third day of the retreat will focus on how we generate energy in small and large ways, how we can harness, orient and focus energy for your own empowerment and how to manage leakages in energy throughout our daily lives, especially in our relationships. Here again we will spend some time in group circle and with the horses to help us deepen our understanding of our own vitality.

Day 4

By the end of the retreat, you will identify ways in which you can increase sources of positive energy and put boundaries around energy leaks in your life. On our last day together we will reflect and set intentions for our next steps togerther in our closing ceremony.
